It's a pitty I can't give this book 10 stars. It's not just for helping to communicate with children. It's also helps to handle your emotions (as a parent) by giving way of doing this respectfully. And when a parent is not desperate anymore and has a plan of action in critical situations, emotional tension is reduced.
